  As the final step in your skincare routine (after moisturiser), twist up the stick and apply evenly across exposed skin—face, ears, neck and any body areas exposed to sunlight.

  Re-apply every 2 hours when in direct sun, and after swimming or heavy sweating.

  Best used at least 15–30 minutes before sun exposure for optimal protection.
