Yes- at My Beauty Pantry, every item on our pantry shelves are 100% authentic. Every product is sourced directly from authorised Korean distributors or brands. No shortcuts, no skipped steps.
Where are you based?
We’re proudly based in Australia and ship from our local fulfillment partner.

What is the Loyalty Program?
Our loyalty program is all about rewarding those who don't skip steps. You'll earn Beauty Bites every time you shop, celebrate a birthday, or refer a friend. Once you've collected enough, you can turn those bites into rewards and exclusive perks.
How do I earn Beauty Bites?
You'll earn points for these actions:
- Creating an account.
- Placing an Order.
- Celebrating your birthday.
- Referring a friend who makes their first purchase.
You can view your points anytime by clicking on the Beauty Bites Icon on our website.
How do I redeem my Beauty Bites?
Once you've earned enough Beauty Bites, you can redeem them for discount codes to use on future orders. In order to redeem you must:
- Log i to your account.
- Click the Beauty Bites icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- Select a reward and apply it at checkout.
Are there limits on rewards?
At the moment, rewards can be used on full-priced products only and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
How do referrals work?
Share your referral link with friends. When they make their first purchase, they will get a welcome discount and you will earn Beauty Bites as a thank-you.
Can I lose my points?
Your points remain in your account and stay active as long as you make a purchase within 12 months. If your account stays inactive for a full year, your unused points will expire and be inactive.
How do I join?
Simply create an account and you will be eligible to start earning Beauty Bites straight away.
What if my points don't show up?
Sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for points to appear after an order. If it's been longer, send us a quick email and we will sort it out for you.

How long does it take to process my order?
We don’t skip steps, but we do move fast. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
What are your shipping options?
Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Free expedited delivery is available on orders over $250.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently only ship our products Australia-wide.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
Is there same-day delivery available?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for eligible orders placed before 1 PM.
How do I know if I qualify for same day shipping?
Same-day shipping eligibility will be confirmed at checkout once your delivery address or postcode has been entered.
How many postcodes in Sydney are eligible for Same-day delivery?
At My Beauty Pantry, we currently offer same-day delivery to 40 postcodes.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Review our full Return Policy for details.
How do I start a return?

Do you accept exchanges?
The fastest way? Return your item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
