Ingredients

After cleansing (and optionally toning), remove the mask from the pouch and unfold it.
Apply the sheet evenly across your face, aligning with eyes, nose and mouth.
Leave on for 10–20 minutes to allow the essence to be absorbed.
Remove the mask and gently pat any remaining essence into your skin until fully absorbed.
Follow with your regular moisturiser if desired.
