How To

Use in the shower: dispense a suitable amount onto a loofah, washcloth or hands.
Massage gently into target body areas (back, chest, shoulders, upper arms) especially where breakouts or bumps occur.
Lather and then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
For best results use once daily; adjust frequency based on skin tolerance.
Follow with a light moisturiser or body mist, especially if skin feels dry or tight.
