Our Return Ritual
At My Beauty Pantry, we believe every step counts—even when it comes to returns. That’s why we offer a 14-day return window from the day your order arrives.
To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, unopened, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase as it is part of the process.
To begin a return, email us at mybeautypantryinfo@gmail.com. We’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the return shipping label once your request is approved.
Please note: items sent back without initiating a return request will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We inspect every item carefully, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us right away. We’ll make it right, no skipped steps.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

Want to Make an Exchange?
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original (once approved), then place a new order separately.
Refund Timing
Once your return arrives and passes our quality check, we’ll notify you about your refund status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary, so please allow up to 15 business days total.
